With the high recommendation of a trusted real estate broker, we interviewed Marco Llanos of Emme Moving Inc. He was first class. From initial contact, he was cordial, prompt, respectful, professional and expert in his handling of the initial estimate of dad's goods. Marco immediately followed up with a phone call explaining to us the entire process and patiently answered our questions and assuaged our concerns. On packing day, three clean, professional, energetic, happy workers showed up on time and went right to work. We'd like to say a special thank you to Carlos, Darling and Edwardo. They worked hard and amazed us with their special care and magical skills of carefully packing odd shapes and delicate furinture. They worked with dedication and enthusiasm. Dad's shipment arrived in Washington as promised and the delivery was just as first class as the packing and shipping. We so appreciated the top tier customer service from start to finish. The cost was reasonable and most important of all, there was not one missing, broken or damaged piece in the entire shipment. Bravo! Highly recommended moving company without reserve. A+++

They packed and moved us in Nov. 2021 from a house in Fairfax to a high-rise condo in Reston and did a terrific job! Having a baby and a dog, we didn't want to be living with boxes everywhere for the days/weeks leading up to our move, so having them pack everything (and I mean everything - down to the extra rolls of toilet paper in our bathroom and the chapstick in my nightstand!) in one day was so helpful. Marco came out to our house beforehand to estimate the time it would take and he was spot on - his estimate ended up being just right so there were no surprise charges at the end...which was impressive as our house had a deceiving amount of stuff hidden in cabinets and such. We had three people come on day 1 to pack and they worked so quickly and efficiently and got everything packed and in boxes so that on Day 2, the 5 guys that came to move had a (relatively) easy job of loading the boxes onto the trucks, and wrapping furniture and loading that onto trucks. I cannot express how impressed I was with everyone I met that worked for Emme. Everyone was so polite and professional. We had some big things to move (like a Treadmill and other workout equipment) and they did a great job of figuring out how to get them out of our old house and into the new house - with no damage to any walls or doors. At the new house, they were so patient with me in making sure all the boxes and furniture ended up in the right rooms/on the right floors. It was a lot of work, and they made it seem easy. Unpacking was so easy as well because they did such a good job of labeling the boxes - so on night one in the new house, when I needed to find our baby monitor, I knew just where to look without having to go digging through 5 different boxes. To top it off - I could not believe that once I finished unpacking, not a SINGLE item was broken or damaged. That was the cherry on top! Definitely use Emme Moving for your next move - you won't regret it!

The crew was courteous, careful and... read more professional. Even at the end when they were leaving they slowly and quietly lifted the floor protection so they didn't wake my sleeping baby. I really couldn't ask for more. They took care of a vehicle, sea and air shipment and handled this great. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
